HIGH POINT, NC— For the High Point Market, Adesso set a lineup of new and recently introduced products that addressed the range of lighting that has lately proven popular in the market.
Among the featured products Adesso set for the spring edition of the show was the Clyde tall table lantern, designed to serve as an ambient light source and an industrial-style room decoration. The 40-watt tube shaped vintage bulb included with the design adds warmth to a space whether placed on a table, bookcase or shelf. With the bulb mounted in a gray concrete rectangular sleeve open at the top and front, the lamp can suit various color schemes while adding a touch of vintage flair, according to Adesso. The lamp is operated by an on/off switch integrated into a clear cord.
The Ainsley table lamp pairs a clear glass tapered base with a taupe textured fabric shade to create a soft, modern look, Adesso noted. A space-saving oval shade makes the lamp suitable for narrow bedside circumstances. A three-way rotary switch located on the socket allows users to adjust illumination, while a black and white fabric covered cord embellishes the appearance.
A juxta positioning of industrial and mid-century elements, the Nico table lamp suits modern and related room décor styles whether in the living room or a bedroom. A black metal mesh shade plays off a thick antique brass pole body. Users can light the lamp with an LED bulb for energy efficiency or they can set it up for mood lighting with a vintage Edison bulb, the company added. A flat black disc base is a design element Adesso intended as a sleek accent to what is effectively a modern look.
The Kramer floor lamp makes another mid-century/industrial statement, with a black and antique brass combination look that delivers some flair to the industrial silhouette. Jumbo shades adjust up and down the pole body so as to address user preferences. A black and white fabric covered cord winds out from each shade and around the pole for a unique, decorative look. Each socket operates off its own on/off rotary switch.
A sleek, essentially modern piece, the Emmett floor lamp balances function and style. A small-footprint design gives the lamp additional utility. It can function in tight spaces to make the most of a specific position, as is the case next to a recliner or easy chair. More function arises from the adjustable shade, which allows users to direct light where it is needed. A white marble base accents a brushed steel and matte white finish.
