Arc has named three new members to its executive management team in an effort to support key initiatives in the company’s future development.
Xavier Roy-Contancin has been named group chief financial officer. Roy-Contancin joins Arc after more than 15 years as chief financial officer of Antalis and the Sequana Group. He replaces Jacques-Olivier Baert who decided to pursue other personal and professional projects. He will participate in the decision making process regarding the company’s main operational, strategic and financial plans.
Laurent Hien has been named group vp/operations. Prior to joining Arc, Hien was vp/operations and engineering at Novares Group. As group vp/operations, he will be responsible for furthering the safety culture throughout Arc and ensure the development and implementation of a strategic operational plan to support the company’s business objectives.
Stéphan Fertikh has been named director of human resources for Europe. He will ensure that Arc meets the challenge of generational skills and expertise renewal. He will maintain a high-quality social dialogue and support the initiatives tied to Project Synergie 2020. As such, he will accompany the strategic management of Arc France operations.
