Berti Cutlery, an Italian manufacturer, has added the Nocciola Knife to its assortment. The knife offers dual-functionality, with one side used for slicing bread, and the other for spreading condiments or getting the last bit of spread from a jar.
Constructed in Italy, the knife is made with carbon and stainless steel, and features a serrated blade for slicing. Measuring 11-inches, the knife also features a red handle with three gold rivets.
The Nocciola knife has a suggested retail price of $95 and will be offered at the upcoming Las Vegas Market. The design also took top honors in the kitchen preparation category at the summer NY Now Tabletop + Gourmet Housewares Best New Product Awards.
