Betty Bossi Adds Pastry Rollers To Kitchen Tool Lineup

Betty Bossi has added a new pastry roller assortment, which is designed for the home baker. The company is now distributed in North America exclusively by Kuhn Rikon.

The assortment of nine pastry rollers can be used to make a variety of pastry-dough based appetizers, snacks and desserts. Each tool features a unique shaped roller with a sturdy, comfortable handle, which can be rolled over dough about 1/8-inch thick to form the desired shape. The company also includes recipes and illustrated step-by-step instructions with each roller.

“Bakers love our roller assortment, and so do buyers, because they’re self-promoting for repeat purchases. When you try one, you want to try another, and then you want to collect them all. Our rollers are also great for gift baskets, in multiples or paired with baking ingredients,” said Steve White, North American consultant for Betty Bossi.

The Betty Bossi roller assortment also includes a versatile Cracker roller, Grissini roller for textured Italian breadsticks, and a Christmas roller for festive tree shapes. For filled pastry recipes, the assortment includes the Pocket roller, Jalousie stars roller and Jalousie stripes roller.

Betty Bossi rollers come gift boxed and are available for shipment, with a suggest retail price of $9.99 each.
