Betty Bossi is highlighting its new Christmas Roller, designed to roll out pastry into Christmas tree shapes. Kuhn Rikon is the exclusive distributor of Betty Bossi in the U.S.
The company said the specially shaped roller is attached to a comfortable, sturdy handle. The tool can be used to roll out pastry dough about 1/8-inch thick to cut it into Christmas tree shapes. Each tree measure 2.5-inches tall and decorated with grooves reminiscent of evergreen conifers.
The pastry trees are said to bake in about 10 minutes and can then be dusted or drizzled with toppings or a home baker can combine two pastry trees with a flavorful filling to create a sweet or savory treat.
The Betty Bossi Christmas Roller comes with an illustrated 24-page color booklet with instructions and tips. It includes recipes for Spinach Feta Christmas Trees, Herb Ham Christmas Trees, Chocolate Mint Christmas Trees and Mascarpone Beetroot Christmas Trees.
One of nine items in the Betty Bossi roller assortment, the Betty Bossi Christmas Roller comes fully assembled and gift-boxed. It is available for immediate shipment, with a suggested retail price of $9.99.
