CHICAGO— Bialetti, a division of Bradshaw International, will be showcasing its new Impact cookware at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.
The Impact cookware line is designed with the company’s Nanotec infused non-stick interior that is coupled with a “micro-divot” textured surface for easier food release and even oil distribution for more even cooking, the company said.
“Bialetti Impact gives consumers a better performing pan with lots of useful features for a reasonable price,” said Chris Welch, director, product management, Bradshaw International. “Incorporating micro-divot technology enhances the cooking experience, from searing, sautéing or simply making an omelet. The micro-divots create micro air pockets between the cooking surface and the food, which allows for easier food release. And the durable Nanotec infused non-stick is metal utensil safe, making Impact a feature packed cookware line ideal for any home cook.”
Oven-safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, Impact cookware features riveted silicone handles and is safe for use with metal utensils. The line will be available in a 10-piece set, which includes 8-inch and 10-inch sauté pans; 2-quart and 2.5-quart covered saucepans; 11-inch covered deep sauté pan; and a 5-quart covered Dutch oven for $169.99.
Open stock pieces are also available, including a 10-inch sauté pan; 11-inch deep sauté pan; 11-inch stir fry pan; 5-quart Dutch oven; and a 10-inch griddle. Suggested retail prices range from $29.99 to $49.99.
