To enhance the performance of its digital operations, BJ’s Wholesale Club has streamlined its membership site, upgraded search and navigation capabilities, and developed an improved, more focused online assortment.
The goal is to make finding merchandise in-club, online or through mobile easier for members, the company said.
Earlier this year, BJ’s launched a pick up and pay service, which allows members to shop online and pick up orders at one of its club locations. The company also introduced Tech Advisors, a service that provides members with free technical support for electronics products, both before and after purchase.
