Bradshaw Home has revamped its management team as Brett Bradshaw will join the company’s board of directors and Rob Michelson will expand his role and will now have oversight for sales, marketing and merchandising for all divisions.
Bradshaw and Michelson previously held co-president titles. Michelson will continue as the company’s president and chief commercial officer.
In addition, Arthur Zambelli will join Bradshaw Home as the company’s new CEO, effective June 3.
“This is a great move for our company going forward,” said Bradshaw. “It positions us for continued growth into the future, while I personally get to spend more time with my young family— something I’ve been wanting to do for several years now. I look forward to staying involved with the business and the people that I care so much about in a board capacity.”
Michelson said, “I am happy for my partner Brett and excited to take on the kitchenware division and to work with all our great products, brands and people. We have a lot of positive momentum this year and I look forward to our continued growth.”
Zambelli joins Bradshaw Home from Newell Brands, where he recently headed Newell’s $1.5 billion food division that included Rubbermaid, Ball Canning and Foodsaver. Previously, he held senior management positions at Oscar Mayer and on the retail side at J.C. Penney.
