Bradshaw has started shipping its new T-fal Heritage Gourmet Cutlery line to select stores and will continue distribution throughout the fall.
The assortment is made of high carbon stainless steel and features a well-balanced full-tang blade, fully forged bolster and triple riveted handles, said the company. In addition, the full-taper, fine edge grind is said to produce a very sharp blade for precise cutting.
The current lineup includes a paring, utility, Santoku, bread, carving, two chef’s knives, as well as a 4-piece steak knife set. The cutlery is available as open stock with a suggested retail price range of $9.99 to $29.99. In addition, shears ($15.99), a honing steel ($12.99), knife block ($24.99) and wood cutting board ($24.99) are also available via special order.
