Wayfair has launched a new bridal registry, with the goal of offering options for every room of the house across all styles and pricepoints.
Consumers can choose from Wayfair’s assortment, which includes traditional registry items such as housewares and tabletop, in addition to the company’s selection of furnishings and home décor. The wedding registry can be accessed via desktop, mobile app and tablet. The company offers free shipping on all orders going directly to the couple, white glove delivery for large items and an extended 90-day return policy.
Top brands featured in the wedding registry include Kate Spade New York, All Clad, Cuisinart, Le Creuset, Lenox and Wüsthof. For inspiration, couples can access curated collections and ready-made registries that range in style and fall under designations such as Glam & Posh, Boho Cool and Modern Mix.
The registry facilitates personalization by giving customers the option of uploading photos, sharing notes for their guests and tagging their favorite finds. Couples also can control gift shipping destination and track who purchased what, making sending thank you cards easier.
To promote the launch, Wayfair is conducting a sweepstakes that offers couples a chance to win $20,000 to put toward their big day. To enter, they must sign up for the registry and add at least $1,000 worth of product to their listing between September 15 and November 30.
“At Wayfair, we realize that many of today’s couples already have the basics before the big day and want to use their registry to create a home together that is as unique and personal as their relationship,” said Steve Oblak, svp/general manager, Wayfair.com. “Knowing that most couples are always on-the-go, we carefully designed Wayfair registry to allow them to easily shop our extensive selection of home furnishings and décor, and manage everything on each of their lists on any device.”
