Built New York, a division of Lifetime Brands, has launched the Cascade water bottle. One percent of wholesale sales from its Cascade 18-ounce water bottle will be donated to Water.org to help provide access to safe water and sanitation in the developing world.
According to Lifetime, Water.org is an international non-profit organization that has helped people around the world access safe water in their homes through the help of small, affordable loans.
“Built New York was founded with a goal of making life better through its products. We work every day to replace single use items with ‘forever use’ products,” said John Roscoe Swartz, president, Built New York. “We are happy to have the opportunity to take an additional step in improving the lives of others through our support of Water.org.”
The Cascade bottle features an ergonomic, streamlined silhouette designed to fit comfortably in the hand. The patent-pending, leak-proof lid has a silicone grip for easy on-and-off twisting. In addition, the double walled stainless steel, vacuum-insulated construction helps keep beverages cold up to 24 hours and hot up to 8 hours.
Built New York said the bottle is BPA-free, features a no-sweat finish, and is available in two colors inspired by the water and sky. It is available now at Amazon for a suggested retail price of $19.99 and will be available at Costco.com beginning March 22.
