Calphalon Website Aims To Educate, Inspire Consumer Cutlery Skills

Calphalon has launched a cutlery educational website featuring videos that showcase tips and best practices called The site is designed to be dynamic, inspirational and instructional, the company said.

The website highlights the company’s self-sharpening cutlery sets and features five professional chefs demonstrating cutting techniques using the knives. The website includes 50 short videos designed to educate and inspire home cooks, and include an array of how-to content, including dicing mango, mincing ginger, butterflying pork tenderloin, filleting salmon, juilenning celery root, chopping papaya, and preparing squid in three ways, for example. 

“We are excited to provide home cooks with these entertaining and engaging educational videos, so that they can continue to sharpen their kitchen skills,” said Justin Bluth, director of brand marketing for Calphalon.

Calphalon’s SharpIn self-sharpening cutlery sets are available at major retailers including Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, Macy’s, JC Penney and Kohl’s.
