The H1 series of knives are forged and handcrafted from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and feature flush seams with teak wood handles. The knives are full tang and have an angled bolster. They come in a leather knife roll with magnetic flaps.

The J Series of knives have hand sharpened blades that feature unique Damascus patterns across the face of the VG10 high carbon full tang blades. The knives have African Blackwood handles, are full tang and bolster free. Each knife comes with a walnut wood magnetic Saya style sheath.

The pizza cutter from the N1 series has a forged 18/8 stain resistant steel handle designed to give the consumer a secure and comfortable grip. The circular blade is made from 420 stain resistant steel.
