CapaBunga, a manufacturer of wine accessories, and Tote+able, a manufacturer of canvas flasks, canteens and other accessories, have merged. The California-based companies will consolidate the brands under one roof.
According to company officials, the new, larger entity will operate from CapaBunga headquarters in Windsor, CA. The combined companies will offer a larger product selection to manufacturers’ representatives and retailers nationwide.
In 2019, the companies will introduce a wider selection, as well as gift combinations featuring items from each brand. Both companies will continue to offer customization of most of their respective lines.
“We are confident that the combined entity will allow us more time and energy to devote to new inventions, new products, new designs and new customers. It is a natural evolution for both companies,” said Walt Averill, vp and inventor, CapaBunga.
