World Kitchen’s Chicago Cutlery brand has launched its Prime cutlery assortment at the International Home + Housewares Show.
The Prime by Chicago Cutlery collection, which will be sold as open stock, as well as in 7-piece and 5-piece sets with blocks, comprises a wide assortment of cutlery including an 8-inch slicer, 8-inch chef, 7-inch santoku, 8-inch bread, 5-inch partoku, 5-inch utility, 4.5-inch steak and 4-inch parer.
Each knife has a single-body construction, aimed to provide consumers with a design that is sleek and easy-to-clean yet with maximum control for their cutting tasks. World Kitchen also stepped up the cutlery collection, offering the German steel blades in either a stain-resistant black oxide finish as well as in more traditional stainless steel.
The Prime by Chicago Cutlery collection will be available in October and will have an open stock suggested retail price range of $49.99 to $109.99 while the 7-piece and 5-piece cutlery sets with blocks will have a suggested retail price of $349.99.
