Chicago Metallic Puts Focus On Baking Experience

Chicago Metallic Bakeware, a subsidiary of Lifetime Brands, will be showcasing new products to help consumers focus on the experience of baking in the kitchen, including new pizza making tools and a S’mores maker.

New basic bakeware will also be added to the assortment to support consumers who have been looking for more durable goods and giftable options.

“Products like this capture that family bond, which is so important in bakeware,” said Tim Feeney, division president, bakeware/pantryware, Lifetime Brands. “We are tying in family fun created at home with our new featured baking and cooking products.”

The company’s new pizza line includes a deep dish pizza pan as well as four mini deep dish pans for individual portions. In addition, the pizza line includes an uncoated perforated pizza crisper. The pieces are designed to make creating pizza at home an interactive event for home entertaining, the company said.

The S’mores maker can be used indoors or outdoors. Made of ceramic and stainless steel, the set includes a grill, organizing tray, four roasting forks, a burner holder and a snuffer. It has a suggested retail price of $49.99.

Chicago Metallic is also debuting new bakeware sets, including a professional set and a commercial set.

“We saw that there was a hole in the market for bakeware sets when it came to bridal registries and as giftable items, so we solved that by creating boxed sets,” Feeney said.
