Cohen Leaves Twin-Star, Harper, Sculler, Bandremer Promoted

Twin-Star International has announced that Rob Cohen has stepped down as CEO. The company also promoted Pete Harper, previously vp and CFO, and Marc Sculler, previously svp of the recently acquired Bell’O International business, to co-president. At the same time, the company has promoted Andy Bandremer, previously Twin-Star svp, to evp, noting that he will be working with Sculler.

Under the new executive structure, Harper assumes responsibility for worldwide operations, human resources, information technology and customer service as he continues in his CFO role, Twin-Star related. Sculler will oversee sales, marketing and new product development functions. Bandremer will supervise new business development and will continue to propel new product development consistent with his previous role in the company, Twin-Star maintained.

The company asserted that the new executive arrangement would align management with customers, suppliers and employees, and best leverage the team’s skills, enabling it to continue designing and delivering luxury home furnishing products, stoves/heaters and consumer electronic accessories at mass pricepoints.
