General Colin Powell will keynote the upcoming National Association of Chain Drug Stores Total Store Expo.
Powell will speak at the event’s business session on Sunday, August 20. The NACDS Total Store Expo runs from August 19 to 22 in San Diego. He will bring insights from his over 50-year career in public service, global expertise and community involvement to the expo as it explores international and corporate social responsibility topics.
Powell has held a range of senior military and diplomatic positions across four presidential administrations, including National Security Advisor, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Secretary of State. He is the chair of the board of visitors of the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at the City College of New York. He is also the founder and chairman emeritus of the America’s Promise Alliance.

The NACDS Total Store Expo will feature educational topics of relevance to the pharmacy, the front end of stores and the supply chain.
