Comfort Zone Parent Company Changes Name To H2 Brands Group

The companies of Shur-Line, Bulldog, and World and Main, which markets the Comfort Zone brand of home environment appliances, are changing their name to H2 Brands Group, bringing together as one the offerings of the three divisions plus the new acquisition of Craig Electronics.

The new name, as illustrated by a new logo, reflects the array of products now all under one roof. H2 Brands Group also provides customers with a global network, resources and logistics experts to customize programs for retailers, whether it’s big box, online retail, mass chain store, or local independent hardware store.

“Our new name is a natural step forward in our continuous effort to offer our customers the highest quality products at the best value in the industry while streamlining their buying experience,” said Mark Rostagno, CEO of H2 Brands Group. “The name better represents the breadth and depth of the company’s product assortment, strong and diverse customer relationships, global supply chain, and logistics capabilities.”

H2 Brands Group said it owns 18 brands with over 12,000 products representing 31 categories— from fans to faucets to flashlights and more. The company has seven distribution centers across North America and 16 countries in its global sourcing network, enabling the company to provide its customers with all types of home and hardware products as well as customer service and logistics.
