Core Home Adds Two New Brands, Expands Categories

Core Home continues to grow with new materials and into new housewares categories, and is debuting two new brands and several hundred new kitchenware products at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.

Key to the company’s offerings this year is an assortment built to help consumers around the sink. For the sink area, the company is introducing a number of drying mats and in-sink products. The in-sink mat protector, for example, comes with a drain flap and a grip-bottom. Made of flexible material, the mat folds over along the sides of the sink and the flap location is interchangeable depending on the drain location in the sink.

Going back to its roots, the company will be launching new storage and organizations items in bamboo with etched patterns including a quatrefoil, chevron and wood grain. Designed for flatware and drawer organization, the line will also debut in nylon, poly, and TPR with silicone grips.

Core Home is also expanding its line of barware. From whimsical colorful silicone ice molds to the everyday corkscrew, the company is showcasing a full offering of accessories to stock the at-home bar. It is also highlighting a line of cheese accessories, such as ceramic cheese plates and cheese boards in the shapes of wine bottles.

In addition, at the show, Core Home will also debut two new brands positioned to market two new materials. Medici is the company’s new OliveWood brand, and Samba is used to market Teak Wood. For Samba, Core Home is offering a mixture of cutting boards, bowls and trays, and for Medici the company will launch with cutting boards and cooking tools.
