Cuisinart Rolls Out Blenders For Q4

The fourth quarter will see new appliances from Cuisinart hitting the shelves at leading retailers highlighted by a high-powered blender and new immersion blender.

Cuisinart is bringing to market its Hurricane Pro unit. Featuring a peak 3.5-horsepower motor, the new blender is equipped with the company’s BlendLogix technology said to ensure consistent blending speeds regardless of the density of ingredients. Other features of the blender include a 64-ounce BPA-free Tritan plastic jar with soft-grip handle and an LCD display with programmable countdown timer. The Hurricane Pro’s suggested retail price is $399.

Cuisinart is also rolling out its new Smart Stick variable speed cordless rechargeable hand blender with electric knife attachment, which can be used to slice a variety of foods ranging from a roast to a freshly baked loaf of bread.

The Smart Stick hand blender has five speeds and 20 minutes of run time on each charge. Other features of the stick blender is a 9.5-inch-long stainless steel shaft, a 3-inch commercial bell and blade guard design, a 3-cup chopper with stainless steel blade, chef’s whisk, 4-cup measuring cup and pouch to store the blender and all attachments.
