Demdaco has launched a new e-commerce website tailored specifically to better serve its retail customers.
DemdacoRetailers.com is designed to enhance the wholesale buying experience, said the company, with convenient features that will improve how retail partners conduct business online.
“We want to make the digital experience for our retail customers as seamless and simple as possible,” said Lance Hart, president of Demdaco. “The impact of COVID-19 has been significant on our markets and we are all looking for creative and innovative ways to adapt and serve our customers. The new Demdaco website is just one way we are looking to help retailers adjust and to be available to our retailers.”
Additional changes to the site are said to provide more access to account management tasks. The retailer self-service functionality includes a dashboard where users can manage preferences, track orders, pay invoices, apply credits and other functions.
Updated navigation makes locating products easier with many new categories and search options. For example, retailers can now shop by “Store Type” or according to how products and collections are organized in the wholesale catalog.
Retailers also have access to the Retailer Resources section, which includes marketing assets, a retailer-focused blog, merchandising tips, product information, and industry news. A promotions section helps guide retailers through offers that are currently available, including special terms.
