Dollar General Corporation has promoted Rhonda Taylor, currently svp/general counsel, to evp/general counsel.
“Rhonda is a valuable member of our executive leadership team and is a trusted advisor on legal and business issues impacting Dollar General. In addition, she provides outstanding leadership and I look forward to her continued success at Dollar General,” said Rick Dreiling, the retailer’s chairman and CEO.
Taylor started with Dollar General as an employment attorney in 2000 and was promoted to senior employment attorney in 2001. She was promoted to deputy general counsel in 2004 and then moved into the role of vp/assistant general counsel in 2010. In June 2013, she became svp/general counsel.
