For the upcoming Fall High Point Market, Dorel Home will introduce two new branded product lines that address the market trends for pets and gamers.
Ollie & Hutch will be the banner under which the company introduces a line of modern, functional pet furniture. The line includes pet-configured versions of Dorel Home’s most popular collections and colors, as well as innovative new products. Dorel designed its pet sofas to require minimal assembly. The products offer stain resistant and machine washable velvet and linen covers. The collection also includes a modern farmhouse-style group of dog beds, litter box enclosures and aquarium stands.
Nick Fiore, vp/sales, marketing and product development at Dorel’s DHP Furniture division, said, “As pet parenting is on the rise, we are enhancing the style of pet furniture to blend more naturally with your home décor.”
NTense, Dorel Home’s new gaming brand, will debut with technology driven designs executed for both youth and adult consumers. The lineup includes TV stands, desks, high-back chairs, stools and rockers with sleek styles, RGB light bars, built-in speakers and accessories. Seating options incorporate ergonomics that suit gamer preferences while featuring neutral colorways and easy-to-clean surfaces.
“Now’s the breakout time for gaming furniture as youth and adults alike take interest in virtual escapes whether that be through video games or movies,” said Ray Toal, vp/e-commerce sales at Dorel’s Ameriwood division.
Dorel will showcase Ollie & Hutch and NTense products in its High Point showroom on floor 9 of the C&D Building.
