Walmart shoppers are encountering a new fashion-forward furniture collection from Dorel Home, the Dorel Industries home furnishings division, developed in partnership with Scout Productions, the company behind the Queer Eye television series.
The collection draws inspiration from the hit seven-time Emmy Award series, which recently began its fifth Netflix season. The Queer Eye furniture collection features stylish and affordable products, debuting exclusively on Walmart.com in North America with updated industrial designs for the living room, bedroom, office, dining room and outdoor patio spaces.
In the show, the show hosts Antoni Porowski, Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France and interior design expert Bobby Berk, forge relationships with men and women from a wide array of backgrounds and beliefs often contrary to their own, and touch on everything from LGBTQ rights and social concerns to making the best farm-to-table guacamole. Dorel Home stated that it had crafted the Queer Eye furniture line to capture the aesthetic and spirit of the show.
“We’re excited to work with such an inspiring series and to become part of the Queer Eye family,” said Claudia Grundman, Dorel Home senior director and brand manager. “Their message for encouraging holistic change, not only in one’s lifestyle but also across cultural acceptance is something we want to get behind and watch blossom. We are especially excited to be partnering with Walmart to offer our stylish Queer Eye collection at incredibly affordable prices. We believe that shoppers will be thrilled with the quality and designs we’re offering.”
