EdgeCraft is introducing a new Chef’sChoice two-stage compact knife sharpener, model 476. The two-stage manual knife sharpener is said to apply a sharp and durable edge to knives and has user-friendly guides.
The non-electric knife sharpener will sharpen straight edge knives using high-quality tungsten carbide and ceramic sharpening elements, the company noted. Stage two can also be used for honing and edge touch-ups.
The two-stage compact knife sharpener also features a soft touch handle for a comfortable and secure grip. The model 476 sharpener can be used right- or left-handed, is lightweight, compact and stores easily in small spaces, the company said.
Designed, engineered and assembled in the U.S., the new Chef’sChoice two-stage compact knife sharpener is scheduled to start shipping in September and has a suggested retail price of $7.99.
