Emile Henry is bringing a new meaning to farm-to-table with the introduction of its Sprouter. According to the company, the Sprouter is deep enough to germinate almost all grains, especially microgreens.
The Sprouter consists of three independent pieces, all made out of ceramic: The water collector and two grain containers. For best results, users should use both trays to stagger the crops and vary the type of seeds used. It comes with a 10-year warranty, which covers any production fault or quality problem with the product when used in a normal domestic environment, and respecting the care and use instructions, the company said.
The Sprouter is available for a suggested retail price of $70.
