Englewood Marketing Group, Inc. (EMG) has acquired the assets of Edge Consumer Brands.
According to EMG, the deal will allow the company to continue its market penetration with new brands and licenses via Edge Consumer Brands while continuing to grow its service to its full customer base.
In addition, the deal also provides Edge with a national backbone of distribution that will allow the company to maintain its own customer relationships.
Corey Apirian will retain the title of president of Edge.
“This is an exciting time for the future of retail and brands, and we look to maintain our similar philosophies on business and customer service,” Jack Tuttle, president and CEO of EMG, and Corey Apirian said in a joint statement. “With our new infrastructure and product innovation, we believe we can be a leading force in this marketplace to add value to the retail and manufacturing communities alike. This is also the plan of Englewood Marketing Group to continue its plan of growth and service to all of our customers.”
