Epoca International Inc. has expanded its sales department with two newly created director of field sales positions, and has hired Robert Radford for the Southeast and Lynn Uzzo for the West. Both Radford and Uzzo will report to Jeff Brainard, svp/sales.
“Our business has become more dynamic over the past few years, both our Ecolution cookware business and our Primula beverage prep business. We have demand from new retailers, and are committed to our current retail partners to storytelling the brands and the products,” said Brian Melzer, Epoca evp. “We are delighted to welcome both Robert and Lynn to our company and look forward to their many contributions.”
Radford has joined the company in Tampa, Florida from Ottlite Technologies, leaders in natural lighting for crafting, office and home environments, the company said. After a series of positions of increasing responsibilities, he spent the last three years as vp/sales for Ottlite. Prior to that, he was with Salton Time Products. He will cover Texas, Florida and the Carolinas.
Lynn Uzzo joins Epoca International, Inc. in January after five years with Brady Marketing, where she was sales manager for key specialty and high-end retailers for brands such as All-Clad, Riedel and Shun Cutlery. Previously, Uzzo worked with Acco brands in the educational strategy business, and with Crayola as their national account manager. She will cover California, the Northwest, Colorado, Arizona and Hawaii.
