Epoca has expanded its merchandising and sales team to align the organization for future growth, with four recent promotions to newly created roles, the company said.
Barbara Pizzella, a 20-year retail merchandising veteran and most recently Epoca’s vp/merchandising, was promoted to svp/Epoca. She will continue to oversee merchandising and creative teams, China offices, and assist in the company’s daily operations.
Victoria Albanese was promoted from director of sales support to senior director of sales operations. She will spearhead the company’s development of an operations department to further enhance efficiencies and commitment to quality for its customers.
The company has also created two additional new roles, including the promotion of Jennifer Thompson to sales support manager, and Debbie Singh to senior demand planning manager.
“Epoca exists as a platform to grow and nourish our brands. We apply the same principle to the members of our Epoca team, whose collaborative passion for innovation and excellence has driven exponential growth for our brands year after year,” said Brian Melzer, president, Epoca.
