Euclid Measuring Cup Launches On Kickstarter

The Euclid measuring cup has launched on Kickstarter. Inventor Joshua Redstone designed the new measuring cup with tapered sides, in order to achieve more accurate measurements.

According to Redstone, straight sides of traditional measuring cups magnify errors when measuring lower down in the cup. The tapered design of the Euclid improves on this problem as it measures small amounts as accurately as it does large amounts, according to the company.

The Euclid has a one cup capacity and measures in cups, fluid ounces and millimeters. It is dishwasher safe, BPA-free and FDA approved.

The pledge on Kickstarter begins at $24 and the Euclid measuring cup has an expected shipping date of May 2018.
