EveryWare Global reported that its iconic Anchor Hocking brand wrapped up a successful showing at the 2015 International Home + Housewares Show in Chicago this week. This year marks 110 years since I.J. Collins founded the Hocking Glass Company in Lancaster, OH.
The company showcased products from the Anchor Hocking, Anchor Home, Anchor Signature, Baked by Fire-King and Stölzle brands. EveryWare also reported positive reaction from buyers to new lid colors and accessories for classic Anchor Hocking glass bakeware. Color was a theme throughout the show and Stölzle’s Elements featured new glass tumblers in red, brown, olive, smoky blue, china blue, amber, green, lilac, purple and smoky gray.
“We were very pleased with the activity at this year’s IHA show,” said Sam Solomon, president and CEO of EveryWare Global. “We saw more customers than we expected; our new products and designs were well received. We are encouraged by the increasing support that our customers demonstrate for our products and business.”
A new line of fabric bakeware totes, a new 9.5-inch deep fluted-edge pie dish with expandable snap-on dome lid, 3.5 and seven-cup tall glass food storage containers with TrueSeal lids, glass studio and storage jars featuring food-safe cork lids and new red gingham printed metal lids were among the products that were of interest to show attendees, EveryWare noted.
