Field Company Debuts Breakfast Skillet

Field Company is debuting its new cast iron skillet, Field No. 4. The pan is lighter and smoother than traditional cast iron designs and is intended for breakfast foods, the company said.

Made in the U.S., Field No. 4 is 1.85 pounds and has a 5.75-inch cooking surface. Created with a lifetime warranty, the skillet comes pre-seasoned and can be used on the stovetop, grill, live fire, induction and in the oven, the company said. According to the company, the skillet can hold two cups of liquid, one filet mignon or one fried egg.

Field Company was started by brothers Stephen and Christopher Muscarella, who took their mission to Kickstarter in 2016. Now, the company offers four skillets in its assortment and also carries a variety of cast iron accessories.
