Frieling will expand its Black Cube offerings into a full cookware collection. Black Cube cookware combines stainless steel cooking results with non-stick clean up, noted the company.
Black Cube fry pans and a wok debuted earlier in 2015, for which the company was named the winner of the 2015 IHA Innovation Award in the cookware and bakeware category for the line.
The expanded collection includes a chef’s pan, deep skillet, casserole, saucepans and additional open stock lids. The lids also fit the fry pans.
Black Cube has raised stainless steel pixels over a recessed layer of PFOA-free non-stick coating. It is scratch resistant and safe for use with metal utensils, according to Frieling. Dishwasher safe and usable on all cooktops, including induction, Black Cube features 3-ply stainless-aluminum-stainless construction for even heat transfer and durability, the company said. It is also oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The new Black Cube cookware will be available in August.
