Frieling is expanding the Woll brand with the addition of new eco-LITE cookware, a more environmentally-friendly option.
Made from 100% certified recycled aluminum, the cookware is induction ready for energy efficiency. The line also uses Bakelite supplemented with sustainable wood-flour for the handles, and utilizes 100% recycled materials for its packaging. Featuring a sapphire-reinforced non-stick coating, the cookware can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, noted the company.
In addition to the cookware’s makeup, Woll uses state of the art manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials that reduces its carbon footprint. By using 100% recycled aluminum, energy consumption is reduced by 90%, making eco-LITE sustainable and eco-friendly from start to finish, the company said.
Woll’s eco-LITE cookware line features fry pans in three sizes; two sizes of sauté pans; and an 11.75-inch diameter wok. Glass lids are available for all sizes. Suggested retail prices range from $69.95 to $129.95.
