Fusionbrands has rolled out several new kitchen gadgets that the company said are designed to help make food prep and storage easier.
The new EggXactPeel is designed to peel a boiled egg in a shorter amount of time, according to the company. The new tool has two special function ends that enable a consumer to make a crack with the blade end and then switch to the peeler end to help remove the shell. The custom curve allows a slim fit under the membrane to release the shell. The blade end can be used to crack both boiled eggs and raw eggs. It will have a suggested retail price of $6.
The company is also introducing the CrackSpot, a bowl side eggshell cracker. The silicone tools slips over the side of a bowl and is equipped with a safe touch blade designed to limit shell fragments. It will have a suggested retail price of $4.99.
In addition, Fusionbrands is rolling out the ClipCut bag cutter and clip, that is designed to help consumers open bags of chips, cereal and other foods. The tool can be used to press and slide the bag to open and then use the clip end to seal the bag for storage. It will have a suggested retail price of $2.99 or $5.99 for a set of two.
