Several gift and home decor vendors are expanding space at the Las Vegas Market, according to host International Market Centers.
Among those expanding is multi-line sales agency Ivystone is increasing its space by 35%. Ivystone will unveil its new 31,500-square-foot space at the Winter Las Vegas Market, which runs from Sunday, January 18 through Thursday, January 22, 2015.
With the expansion of its sixth floor building C showroom in the Las Vegas World Market Center, Ivystone will now have space to display several new lines from Michel Design Works, Zodax, Greenbox Art and Zero2Sixty, among others.
In addition to Ivystone, nine other current gift and home décor tenants have announced significant showroom expansions, according to IMC. These include framed art resource CHC Art; gift and lifestyle provider Fine Lines; seasonal, gift and decorative accessories resource Gerson International/Sterling; seasonal, gift and decorative accessories vendor Hanna’s Handiworks; home décor supplier JLA Home; accent and area rug manufacturer Kaleen; gift supplier Next Step Reps; furniture and rug supplier Silkroute; and international and home décor provider Stylecraft.
IMC also announced that six companies will debut new showrooms on c-ONE this winter: home textiles resource Couleur Nature & Caravan; table linen and accessories provider Garnier-Thiebaut Inc.; tabletop, frame and accessories resource Olivia Riegel; fragrance vendor Panier Des Sens, Inc.; candle and tabletop vendor Prouna and cookware and bakeware provider Revol USA, LLC.
Other vendors opening showrooms at Las Vegas Market this winter include home textiles supplier Park Designs and tabletop, housewares and decorative accessories supplier Home Essentials. In addition, lifestyle, fragrance and candle merchandisers– Blithe and Bonny, DL & Co., Illume; K Hall Studio, Inc., Lifetherapy and Napa Soap Co.– will open a shared 3,859 square foot showroom on C10.
“Las Vegas Market continues to generate major momentum in the gift and home décor categories in advance of Winter Market, with leading companies expanding showrooms, many new-to-market firms opening showrooms, and other current tenants renewing leases,” Dorothy Belshaw, IMC president of Gift & Home Décor, said in announcing the showroom leasing activity.
