Las Vegas Market is building up its gift presentation with 22 new, expanding, relocating and renewing gift showrooms confirmed, said show host International Market Centers.
The leasing gains will add about 47,000 square feet to approximately 450,000 square feet of permanent gift resources in time for the January 26 to 30, 2020, Winter Las Vegas Market.
Five new showrooms will open for business in the market venue Las Vegas World Market Center Building C this winter, adding a combined total of 5,301 square feet to the gift element of the show. Greener Valley Trading, Gund, a division of Spinmaster, and Just Dough It! will debut on C11 while Lakegirl is debuting on C10, and Pavilion Gift is debuting on C6.
Five existing tenants are expanding or relocating their showrooms for the winter market: Kiss That Frog and Be Home are expanding on C1, while Quilling Card is expanding on C10. Stony Creek is relocating on C7, and Pacific Trading is relocating and expanding as it opens a showroom on C9.
Gift tenants renewing their showroom leases are Dekorayson Gifts & Décor, Demdaco, Dutch House Confections, Evergreen Enterprises, Garden Age Supply, Grace by Catherine Sullivan, Hanna’s Handiworks, Match, Old World Christmas, Olivia Riegel, The Resident Chef and Zaer.
