Groupe SEB has launched the Lagostina Nera collection of hard anodized cookware.
The new cookware, according to the company, features premium hard anodized construction, which includes a thick base. It is designed for even heat distribution, while the non-stick coating is said to provide an easy cooking and cleaning experience. The collection’s lids are made of polished, hammered stainless steel.
The Nera line can be used in an oven and on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops and are oven and broiler safe to 500°F, the company said. Dishwasher safe, the cookware products also have flared edges for dripless pouring and sturdy and ergonomic riveted cast stainless steel handles.
The Nera collection is available in a 12-piece set, which carries a suggested retail price of $299.99. The set includes an 8.5-inch and 10-inch skillet, a 1-quart saucepan with lid, 3-quart saucepan with lid, a 3.5-quart sauté pan with lid, an 8-quart pasta pot with lid, pasta insert and a 12-inch everyday pan with two side handles.
Several cookware pieces are available in open stock. These include a 5-quart casserole dish, which carries a suggested retail price of $74.99; a 12-inch fry pan, $74.99; a Panini press set, $89.99; a 2-quart saucepan set, $59.99; and a two-pack of fry pans, a 10-inch and 12-inch, which carries a suggested retail price of $74.99.
