Harold Import Company (HIC) is debuting several new baking tools. The products made their debut at the Atlanta Market, and will also be on hand for the summer edition of the Las Vegas Market.
The new Mrs. Anderson’s quarter sheet baking pan is made from heavyweight 19-gauge aluminum with a reinforced rim to prevent warping, the company said.
To accompany the baking pan is the brand’s new baking quarter sheet cooling rack. The rack is designed to elevate food for better airflow to bake evenly, and cool faster, according to HIC. It is made from chrome-plated steel wire that is oven safe up to 500 degrees. The cooling rack is made with a cross-wire weave that is intended to hold smaller items securely so they don’t fall through.
Mrs. Anderson’s baking quart-size baking mat is a commercial-grade designed for cooking and baking and fits a standard baking sheet. According to the company, it works in all types of ovens, and is durable to outlast uses at temps from -40 degrees to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
