Hearthware Inc., today announced that Chef Bobby Trevino has joined the company in the position of Executive Chef. He reports to Gene H. Kim, vp and Jay S. Moon, president.
Trevino will be responsible for managing the members of the NuWave Culinary Team, and for testing and developing recipes for the NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop 2 (PIC2) and the NuWave Pro Infrared Oven. He will also appear in online instructional video segments that demonstrate recipes using the Oven and NuWave PIC2.
Chef Trevino trained at The Art Institute of Colorado in Culinary Arts and has worked at celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay’s The London West Hollywood as the executive sous chef. During his time there, the restaurant won a Michelin Star. He was also the executive chef at the Italian Village restaurant in Chicago. He also previously worked at the Rock n’ Roll Hyatt in West Hollywood and Minx Restaurant & Lounge in Glendale, California.
