Hestan is continuing to expand its NanoBond cookware collection with the introduction of its new covered essential pan.
The 3.5-quart pan offers ample capacity to boil pasta and rice, sauté vegetables, sear and brown proteins like chicken and beef, as well as stew and braise a complete meal, according to the company.
The company noted that the cookware is made from an exclusive and environmentally-friendly, chemical-free technology. This manufacturing technique, noted Hestan, is created when thousands of nano layers of titanium alloys are bonded to stainless steel. This is said to create cookware that is up to four times harder than typical stainless steel. It also has the company’s Titanium Brilliance finish for a pewter-like hue.
Available at Williams Sonoma, the 3.5-quart covered essential pan has a suggested retail price of $390.
