Dollar General is offering customers a week of in-store and online savings for home essentials as well as deals on Valentine’s Day items. Through February 14, customers can receive a 50% off discount on their entire qualifying purchase of select Comfort Bay and TrueLiving housewares and domestic items available in stores or online, the company stated.

Customers can obtain half-off coupons in one of four ways, Dollar General reported. They can text HOMEHALF to 34898 to receive the current and future offers via their mobile phones; download the coupon on the Dollar General app, available for iPhone and Android smartphones; visit dollargeneral.com to print the coupon; and visit dollargeneral.com from a mobile device to see the coupon and savings in the DG mobile coupon center.

The sale covers kitchen appliances, non-disposable beverageware, cookware/bakeware, storage containers, kitchen gadgets, hangers, trash cans, laundry hampers and plastic accessories, light bulbs, mops and brooms and reusable space bags, as well as domestic and bath items, according to Dollar General. Offer exclusions include home décor, outdoor décor, candles, potpourri, clocks, lamps, lamp shades, blankets, throws, flowers, framed art, picture frames, paper products, plastic cutlery, As Seen on TV items, cleaning chemicals and disposable products, according to the retailer.

Dollar General customers can take advantage of deals and digital coupons for Valentine’s Day beginning today, the retailer asserted. Most Dollar General stores are offering single-stem roses for only $2 each, the retailer related. Dollar General is promoting a range of Valentine’s Day products from candy and gifts to gift cards and electronics as well as 50 cent and $1 greeting cards, holiday home décor and children’s gifts for the classroom.
