Homer Laughlin has expanded its Fiesta Skull and Vine collection to include Skull and Vine Sugar. The new line features a colorful take on the Day Of The Dead inspired design set against a white ceramic background, and was unveiled at the Atlanta Market.
The company’s original collection, Skull and Vine Foundry, featured the same design in metallics set against Fiesta’s Foundry cast-iron like finish. The new collection features a rainbow of Fiesta colors including Scarlet, Turquoise, Poppy, Sage, Daffoldil and the company’s recently announced new color of the year, Mulberry.
“When we introduced Skull and Vine Foundry last year, we knew we had something special. The reaction to the collection was much better than we could have anticipated. The expansion into Skull and Vine Sugar is a drastic contrast from the original design, but is equally as stunning. Dark and sophisticated or light and colorful, there’s a design for everything,” said Rich Brinkman, vp/sales and marketing at Homer Laughlin.
The new collection is available in a variety of pieces, including luncheon plates for a manufacturers suggested retail price of $34.99 and a set of four ramekins for a manufacturers suggested retail price of $28. Skull and Vine Sugar will be available at better department stores, independent retailers and e-commerce sites in spring 2018.
