Honey-Can-Do Acquires Kitchen Supply Company

Honey-Can-Do International has acquired Kitchen Supply Company, a Forest Park, IL-based wholesale kitchenware manufacturer.

According to Honey-Can-Do, it has acquired the assets of Kitchen Supply Company and will rapidly make top-performing kitchen product lines available for sale online and in-store. The company’s assortments include Kitchen Supply’s Old Stone Oven pizza stones, as well as an assortment of rosette irons, tea accessories, baking liners and other products.

“Honey-Can-Do has identified the kitchen category as an area of top growth for our business, and this acquisition is the perfect step toward putting a sharp focus into this category,” said Steve Greenspon, CEO of Honey-Can-Do. “Kitchen Supply Company is a local company and they share a lot of synergies with Honey-Can-Do. Adding their unique kitchen tools and other culinary products will greatly enhance our product line and make Honey-Can-Do a solution for all aspects of the kitchen.”

The Kitchen Supply Company products will be sold under the Honey-Can-Do name after a brief transition period, said the company. Distribution and sales will be based out of Honey-Can-Do’s corporate headquarters in Berkeley, IL. Inventory will also be stocked in Honey-Can-Do’s warehouses in Canada and the Netherlands.

This marks the third acquisition for Honey-Can-Do in 18 months. The company previously acquired Urbio, known for its vertical storage system, and the Zevro brand of dry food dispensers and barware.
