Housewares A Key Player In New Kohl’s, WW Initiative

Kohl’s and WW (formerly Weight Watchers) are teaming to pilot various health and wellness offerings that include the first in-store WW Studio and the introduction of WW Healthy Kitchen products.

According to the retailer, Kohl’s beginning in 2019 will introduce an assortment of WW Healthy Kitchen products, including a new line of WW-branded kitchenware and cookware, tools for food and meal preparation and storage and hydration products.

The kitchen products will be in select stores with an expanded selection to be offered online. Gibson Overseas, which in 2018 teamed with WW to develop a line of housewares as part of the WW Healthy Kitchen collection, will have product in the Kohl’s assortment, has learned. 

In addition, Kohl’s will create a pilot community space inside a Kohl’s store in Chicago. Offering 1,800 square feet of space, the WW Studio at Kohl’s will be designed to host WW Wellness Workshops for local WW members, as well as a specially curated WW space for Kohl’s customers and associates.
