The High Point Market Authority has released its style report for Summer/Fall 2020, and is now accepting submissions for the 2021 Style Spotters team.
The Summer/Fall High Point Market Style Report is the product of eight accomplished trend trackers, and despite unforeseen challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic including the cancellation of Spring Market, the spotters perused an abundance of new product introductions digitally to capture the emerging styles.
Highlighting sustainability and embracing new twists on both neutrals and pops of color, the Summer/Fall 2020 Style Report covers 20 key trends for the upcoming seasons from Quiet Spaces to Global Interiors, and features 75 products from 57 exhibitors.
High Point Market Pinterest boards also featured Style Report products. Additional select products can also be found on Pinterest at the same link, with each Style Spotter populating his or her own board with a few dozen favorites.
“Vibrant colors and bold, large scale patterns were prevalent throughout spring’s new introductions,” said Style Spotters Advisors Gary Inman and Shay Geyer. “Other pops of wow were seen in statement hardware on casegoods and sinuous curves on upholstery. The team also raved about seeing a resurgence in traditional designs with new interpretations of classical forms. We applaud our 2020 Style Spotters for their selections and for supporting our industry during this pandemic. We are honored to lead this talented group and to share their fabulous finds with you.”
