Hudson’s Bay has named Stephen Gold as chief technology and digital operations officer, effective immediately.
Gold will be responsible for leading the technology and digital strategy for the company, with a focus on aligning the end-to-end customer experience through data and digital innovation across the enterprise and Hudson’s Bay retail banners in North America.
In addition, Gold will oversee a newly-formed digital team, creating an end-to-end, service-oriented and collaborative operating model to deliver greater synergies for the company’s retail banners.
Prior to joining HBC, Gold served as evp/technology operations and innovation, and chief information officer at CVS Health.
