iCoffee has expanded its assortment of single-serve coffeemakers with the debut of its Express unit. The new appliance will hit the shelves at Bed Bath & Beyond this spring.
In addition to being compatible with all K-style pods, the Express uses a simple Pour ‘n Brew system that allows consumers to add the exact amount of water for the beverage size desired, delivering a more compact brewer perfect for dorm rooms, small spaces or those who desire only a single cup, company officials said.
The Express, which carries a retail price of $99.99, also features iCoffee’s SpinBrew spinning jets technology, strength and taste control from 4- to 12-ounces and the patent-pending 2-step SafetyLock consumer protection system that locks the brew head during the brewing process.
“Our goal is to provide consumers with what they want,” said Bruce Burrows, inventor and CEO of iCoffee. “The Express— the second of five single-serve models we are introducing in 2015— speaks to the demand for appliances in a smaller, personal size while still providing coffee lovers with our signature iCoffee features and exceptional taste.”
