International Market Centers’ Main Street properties, Furniture Plaza, Plaza Suites and National Furniture Market, will feature expanding and relocating showrooms for the Fall High Point Market, running October 19 to 23.
Three tenants are expanding and relocating showrooms within these buildings for Fall Market. Napa Furniture Designs is expanding in Furniture Plaza while Kuka Home and Vintage Furniture are expanding and relocating to Furniture Plaza from other High Point properties.
Four showrooms are renewing in the Main Street properties: AW Manufacturing/Sleepwell in Furniture Plaza; Catnapper Furniture in Plaza Suites; Man Wah/Cheers Sofa in Furniture Plaza; and Western International in National Furniture Mart.
As well as showroom activities, the Main Street properties host the HFA Retailer Resource Center, which will run an assortment of seminars and events throughout market.
“These buildings are centrally located on Main Street in downtown High Point and are key destinations for home furnishings buyers at High Point Market with product designs for every room and every home style,” said Scott Eckman, IMC president, furniture and home décor leasing.
